EMPLOYEE TRAINING AS A STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS
We organize joint educational projects for cluster members. We monitor current subsidy titles. Here we use the strength of the cluster and submit projects in bulk, thus increasing the success rate of obtaining subsidies.
Of course we are looking for interesting opportunities for you, but only YOU know your situation and can direct us or give us suggestions on which courses, seminars or other educational events might be interesting for you.
The situation on the labour market today is very difficult. We are trying to be as helpful as possible and we want to help you with the shortage of employees and with improving their qualifications.

Together with our partners, we create “needs studies” that allow us to effectively develop this cooperation. We support graduate programmes for final year schools, pupil and student placements.
